Skill Education

Kendriya Vidyalayas (KVs) have introduced skill education as an integral part of their curriculum. The aim is to equip students with industry-specific skills, enhancing their employability and entrepreneurial abilities. Students from classes 6 to 12 can opt for vocational subjects like computer science, commerce, and humanities, as well as skills like agriculture, electronics, and tourism. This initiative enables KV students to acquire practical skills, preparing them for various career paths and contributing to the country’s skilled workforce.
